Blockchain and digital trust

Blockchain and digital trust

a new model for services, data and information

Wednesday 26 July 2019, 10:00 - 16:30h

Auditorium Vivaldi, National Library University of Turin ,Piazza Carlo Alberto 5 A

The profound social and digital transformation we are experiencing brings out the need for a new model of trust, digital and distributed, which can upset our usual way of interacting with society, businesses and institutions.

Confidence is the key word that makes possible collaborations between subjects today separated by territorial, administrative and sector barriers. In this new model, institutions will have to take on a new role to guarantee the quality, reliability, transparency, and authority of the services provided by all. Users, devices, applications, and data will increasingly move outside the area of direct control. Technologies such as the blockchain are ideal solutions for creating new scenarios based on digital trust.
