On July 2nd, Enrico Ferro,  a member from the Links Foundation gave a presentation about the CO3 project at the ninth edition of the Samos Summit on ICT-enabled Governance.

The event was attended by experts in the field of public sector innovation and students from the 6th International Summer School On Open and Collaborative Governance.
