Disruptive Technologies to Co-create, Co-produce and Co-manage Open Public Services

This Nano Open Online Course (NOOC) is designed by a consortium of 10 partners across 5 countries behind the EU-funded CO3 Project. The aim of the NOOC, which kicks off on 22 November 2021, is to assess the benefits and risks of disruptive technologies in the co-creation, co-production and co-management of public services with citizens as public administration partners. It offers a good introduction to the basics of disruptive technologies (blockchain, augmented reality, geolocated social network, interactive democracy tools) and gamification (using game-based elements to drive engagement and help students learn). Learners will also get to play with some of these technologies and find out more about their impact via detailed case studies.
CO3 is a participative and interdisciplinary project proposal that involves in its consortium: LINKS Foundation (Italy), Municipality City of Athens via DAEM (Greece), OpenLab Athens (Greece), University of Turin (Italy), Geomotion Games (Spain), Municipality of Torino (Italy), FlexiGuided GmbH (Germany), I.
